Sesame milk
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds, soaked for 3-4 hours, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup pure water
  • stevia
  • raw honey, maple syrup or brown rice syrup to sweeten, to taste

Blend all together until it forms a milk. Strain through a sieve, to remove the residue of sesame seed hulls.
Add any fruit to create a smoothie, or add to vegetable juices for a creamy vegetable soup/drink.
