Fresh fruit salad with raspberry yoghurt sauce

  • Fresh seasonal fruit cut into chunks
  • ½ cup natural goats or sheeps milk yoghurt
  • ¼ to ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Small handful fresh or frozen raspberries

Blend together the last 4 ingredients and pour over the fruit in a bowl. This makes a quick and nourishing breakfast.
