This
is based on Ann Wigmore’s famous recipe. Ann is the “grandmother”
of wheatgrass juice therapy, healing herself of serious illness
and helping many others to do the same with her living foods
dietary program and wheatgrass juice.
Make a cup of any vegetable juice, or nut milk, or just use
a cup of water.
Put the liquid in your food processor, and add
- a whole organic apple, cored and cut into chunks
- a large handful of green sunflower sprouts
- a teaspoon of dulse flakes
- a few pieces of any raw vegetable
- half a ripe avocado.
Blend and eat for a nutritious fast food meal that will give
you energy and provide key nutrients to regenerate your body
cells.
