Avocado/carrot soup

Make a glass of fresh carrot juice in your juicer.

You can vary the juice, adding beetroot, green leaves, celery, cabbage, sprouts.

Put the juice in your blender, and add

  • half a ripe avocado
  • some chunks of fresh zucchini
  • a leaf or two of basil
  • a teaspoon of mellow white miso or a dash of vege-sea salt
  • a teaspoon of dulse flakes

Blend until smooth and eat!

Make it thicker for a living foods dip, adding any herb or spice to suit your taste buds.
