Blend whole, fresh, ripe fruit into your almond milk (no
need to strain first for smoothies) and you have a delicious,
living food breakfast, snack or light meal. Bananas make it
extra smooth, mangoes are sensational, strawberry a favourite
with the children.
One banana per glass of milk is about sufficient, or two
peaches, a handful of strawberries, or half a large mango.
By adding some banana to smoothies made from other fruits,
