Almond Milk Smoothie

One banana per glass of milk is about sufficient, or two peaches, a handful of strawberries, or half a large mango. By adding some banana to smoothies made from other fruits, you create a smoother sensation.


Or add raw cacao powder, a few dates or dried figs, some maca powder and some cinnamon for a tasty and incredibly nutritious energy booster.
